Gluten Free Orange and Polenta Cake
Ingredients
- 2 unwaxed oranges.
Boil for 2 hours until soft. Blend to a puree.
- 220 g unsalted butter
- 200 g caster sugar
Beat until pale.
- 4 eggs.
Mix in little by little.
- 250 g almond flour
- 200 g polenta
- 10 g baking powder
- some nutmeg
Fold in. Then fold in the oranges.
A 25 cm in diameter round tin.
Bake at 180 C for 30 minutes, then at 160 C for 30 min more.
