A moist sponge packed with ginger and parsnip. You need your veggies after all! Filled with our homemade orange and lemon curd and finished with an indulgent vanilla buttercream. 

 

An 8'' cake that will feed 8 - 12 people. It will keep for 4 days in your fridge (cold room), or you can freeze wrapped individual slices for up to 2 months.

You will be able to select the date for pick up or delivery at the check out. You will automatically be show slots that are 5 days in advance from today,  to allow the bakery enough time to fulfil the order.

Available for delivery in Glasgow or pick up from our shop in Cathcart or Dennistoun. NOT AVAILABLE for postal orders.
