Inspired by a lemon drizzle cake, this is a poppyseed sponge cake, layered with homemade vegan lemon curd and lemon buttercream. Decorated with fresh seasonal berries.
This 8'' cake will feed 8 - 16 people. it will keep for 3 days in your fridge (cold room), or you can freeze wrapped individual slices for up to 2 months.
You will be able to select the date for pick up or delivery at the check out. You will automatically be show slots that are 5 days in advance from today, to allow the bakery enough time to fulfil the order.
Available for delivery in Glasgow or pick up at our shop in Cathcart. NOT AVAILABLE for postal orders.
